Domestic Orders:

All orders are sent via New Zealand Post or Aramex Courier on an overnight service.

The following charges apply:
• Tracked Courier $6.95 
•Rural Tracked Courier $10.95 

•Courier with signature – No longer available with post-Covid Courier guidelines  Postal charges depend on the destination, weight and postage method selected for the order. Simply enter your postcode at the checkout and select the postal service that best suits your needs based on your address.
•INSTANT POSTAGE RATES FOR ALL ORDERS.

At Bullseye Darts we have the most advanced shipping postage calculator available. The shipping total for your order is based on the actual cost of post and packaging.

•CHECK THE POSTAGE CHARGE BEFORE YOU BUY.

When you enter your postcode at the checkout in the shopping cart you will see the postage cost for the various postal options that are available.

YOUR ORDER

•AUTOMATIC EMAIL ON SUBMISSION OF YOUR ORDER.

Once you submit your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase.
•ORDERS SHIPPED SAME DAY

Orders placed prior to midday (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day via the courier method you selected at the checkout. However, couriers may at times not pickup until the following morning, based on their schedule.
•NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED
You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
•A TAX INVOICE IS INCLUDED WITH THE ORDER

RETURN POLICY

All goods returned for refund or exchange must be received at our address within 10 days of purchase and must be in a new and unused condition which will include all the original packaging intact/undamaged and be accompanied by the payment receipt or covering letter. We strongly suggest that you make any returns to us by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.

Important we make a fixed $2 handling/restocking charge for each item that is returned to us for exchange or refund. Any refund will be made to the credit card from which the goods were purchased.

For any goods we have sent out in error which are subsequently returned to us we will refund the full cost of the goods plus the postage costs incurred to the maximum value of the postage charged by us when we originally shipped the goods to you.
